Welcome to Animotion’s website—your expert partner in gameplay animation, training, consulting, and creative workshops. Our refund policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction with our services. We comply with consumer protection standards by offering clear and fair refund options.

At Animotion, we understand the importance of transparency and customer satisfaction. That’s why our refund policy provides clear instructions and detailed information about refund procedures.

 

1. General Principles

  • All refunds are processed within 14 business days from the approval of your request.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • VAT is included in all refunded amounts, in accordance with applicable legislation.

 

2. Legal Right of Withdrawal

n accordance with French and European consumer protection laws:

  • You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal, without needing to provide justification or pay penalties.

  • This right applies only to individual (non-professional) clients.

  • For services that begin with your consent before the withdrawal period ends, a proportional refund will be calculated.

 

3. Service-Specific Refund Policy

3.1 Consulting Services

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Cancellation at least 7 days before the first scheduled session: 100% refund

  • Cancellation between 3 and 6 days before: 70% refund

  • Cancellation less than 48 hours before: 30% refund

  • No-show without notice: No refund

Dissatisfaction:
If you are not satisfied after the first consulting session, you may request a partial refund within 48 hours. Each case will be individually reviewed by our team.

 

3.2 Coaching Services

Eligibility Conditions:

  • Multi-session coaching packages: Refunds available for unused sessions, minus 15% administrative fees

  • Single sessions: Same conditions as consulting

Special Cases:

  • Online coaching interrupted due to technical issues attributable to Animotion: full refund or free rescheduling

  • Coach absence without prior notice: 100% refund or free rescheduling, plus one extra session offered

 

3.3 Training Programs

In-person training:

  • Cancellation more than 14 days before start: 100% refund

  • Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before: 70% refund

  • Cancellation less than 7 days before: 50% refund

  • No-show without notice: No refund

Online training / Digital content:

  • Before first access: 100% refund

  • After access but within 48 hours of purchase: 70% refund

  • More than 48 hours after purchase with access: No refund

Training canceled by Animotion:

  • Full refund or rescheduling, at the client’s choice

  • If canceled less than 48 hours before start: a 20% discount voucher will be offered for a future training

 

4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service via email at vanessa.ruffra@animotionx.com

  2. Include the following in your request:

  • Your full contact details

  • Your order reference

  • The service concerned

  • The reason for your refund request

  • Purchase date and, if applicable, service date

  • Any relevant documents (order confirmation, invoice, etc.)

Our team will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and review it within a maximum of 5 business days.
You will be notified by email of the decision.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

 

5. Exceptional Cases

Force Majeure:
In the event of force majeure (serious illness, natural disaster, etc.) preventing you from using our services, we will consider your refund request with understanding—even outside standard deadlines. Supporting documents may be requested.

Quality-related dissatisfaction:
If you believe the service provided does not match what was advertised or has major flaws, you may submit a detailed complaint within 7 days of the service. Each case will be reviewed individually.
